Opening Party: William Elizondo
July 10, 2021 7:00pm
Opening
William Elizondo, crafts a multimedia narrative examining his experience with dissociation of identity and culture. A constant dance between sculpture, drawing, performance, and digital art, Elizondo’s work uniquely exposes the absurdity of our shared realities.
More recently, Elizondo took his practice to a much deeper level and spent a year working as a real estate agent. He considers the experience a foray into public art, detaching through performance of Realtor while simultaneously merging with the field to meaningfully explore peoples’ relationship with both private property and public infrastructure.
Join us on Saturday, July 10th at 7pm MST for the official opening of Elizondo’s show with friends, family, and light refreshments. Free parking is available in the dirt lot across 21st from BRINK in Downtown Tucson.
